Refund policy

We want you to love your new items & realize that sometimes things don't work out!!

We offer a 7 day return policy in the form of an online store credit (no refunds) on unused/unworn items that were purchased at original price.  Items must be in original condition & packaging with tags still attached.  This means you have 7 days from the time your item is received to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us at thefittingroomga@gmail.com.  Once a return is approved, we will provide a return authorization code & shipping instructions.  We will not provide a return shipping label or cover return shipping expenses.

Local customers may return items to the store for an in-store credit under the same conditions.

Returns will not be accepted on final sale merchandise.
